How the fuck did I get here?

So, as I sit here in the middle of this beautiful day sipping on a Sapporo in Brentwood, California I find myself wondering how did I get here?  Not two months ago I was in Brooklyn, New York quite convinced that I would be there for a very long time.  Then, all of a sudden, I was here, In L.A.  Don't get me wrong, it's not like I miss it.
